CFSA has launched a new online portal, starting March 6, 2023, for CFSA Youth currently working with the Office of Youth Empowerment (OYE). This portal will be a part of CFSA’s new child welfare information system, called STAAND (Stronger Together Against Abuse and Neglect in DC).

This page includes a series of short, instructional videos that will help you use the new system.

STAAND will help with accessing and uploading documents by providing a single technology system for engagement, increased transparency, and improved communication with CFSA. For example, you can manage ETV Applications online and respond to your OYE Specialist.
