Government of the District of Columbia legislation mandates that prior to award of contracts, certain approvals are required. There may be additional and/or varied requirements described in the solicitation. Basic requirements and contact information are listed below:

Federal Identification Number and Dun and Bradstreet
Prior to contract award, vendors are required to provide the Federal Tax ID Number and D&B number. Additionally, CFSA may request, prior to contract award, D&B reports on vendors.

Business, Professional and Master Business Licenses
The Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs issues new Master Business Licenses and 127 categories of other business professional licenses to businesses with more than $2000 in gross receipts. For more information, contact:
